Fehrenbacher’s Meats & Eats is a staple of Gainesville in the 4th Avenue Food Park. Chef Adam Fehrenbacher has a career spanning 7 countries including five years as the Chef De Cuisine at Mildred's Big City Food. What started as a hobby at the local farmers market quickly became apparent we needed to expand to a full-fledged brick-and-mortar location in 2016.
Fehrenbacher’s has become a unique combination butcher shop, retail store, and deli offering everything from quick deli-style lunches, salads, wraps, charcuterie boards, and platters to premium cuts of meat and cheeses you can take home. Chef Adam Fehrenbacher’s recipes are a combination of Old-World classics and new flavors created by small batch testing.

Over the years, we have expanded to offer smoked meats, high-quality steaks, pork chops, cheeses, and even whole roasted animals. We have become a Gainesville destination for our delicious lunch menu which includes sandwiches, salads, wraps, charcuterie boards, along with local and imported draft beers.
